Titan Shape offers powerful small group strength training with an experienced personal trainer in a dynamic environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Motivated person aged between
    30 - 55 years old

  • Willing to do the work for results

  • Able to train at least 3x per week strength training on Mon, Wed, Fri

    2x per week cardio on Tues and Thurs or Sat and Sun
